Dark garnet robe. On the nose, roasted black fruits, a hint of ageing, some cocoa notes and beautiful spices. A generous, sanguine palate with a tight structure. A fine, racy tannic backbone, both elegant and refined. Lovely roasted, smoky and bacon-like nuances. Long finish with pepper, camphor and menthol. Serve around 15°C with fine roasted meats.
